Biography

Kenneth Adu-Amanfoh is an Information Technology and Cybersecurity expert with over 20 years working experience.  Kenneth is currently the Director of Information Technology at the National Communications Authority of Ghana. He is also the President of Africa Cybersecurity and Digital Rights Organisation. He is a formal FOC Government representative for Ghana who co-drafted the FOC Joint Statement on State-Sponsored Network Shutdown. Kenneth leverages his experience in cybersecurity policy & strategy development, capacity building and awareness creation for both government and civil society organisations. He has also been an advocate in promoting digital inclusion, human rights online and engaging government in bridging the digital divide.
