All conference attendees are required to register in advance.


Collecting your Conference badge and accessing the Conference venue

All participants should enter the conference zone of the German Federal Foreign Office via entrance in 10117 Berlin, Unterwasserstraße 10/ Konferenzeingang (Kontrollstelle K 15); security check and badge collection will be situated directly behind this entrance.

All participants are requested to present either a passport or an identity card and to have their confirmation of registration to hand. Please leave your luggage at the hotel, as there are no storage facilities for baggage in the conference zone.

On the 28 November (Day 0), badge collection will start at 8:00 for FOC-AN members and FOC members only, followed by an afternoon session of early badge collection from 14:00 until 19:00. On the 29 and 30 November, (Day 1 and 2 of the Conference) badge collection will start at 7:30. 

Airport transfer and local transport

Transport from the airport to the Conference venue has not been previously arranged, and should be arranged by participants themselves. Please note that unless otherwise specified, participants are responsible for organising their travel and accommodation. A list of recommended hotels close to the Conference venue can be found here.
